We built ANOXIS because we saw the admin burden up close.
Two operators, one mission: pull 20+ hours of administrative work per week out of medical practices so clinical time stops bleeding into paperwork. We do it the same way we’d want it done for ourselves — medical-only, HIPAA-aware, integrated with what you already run.
The story
Why medical, why workflow automation, why now.
By 2026, the medical clinic admin burden has crossed a line that no individual practice can fix on its own. Physicians spend half their clinic time inside the EHR. Family medicine providers handle 17 patient portal messages per hour of clinical care. The average practice runs 39 to 43 prior authorization requests per physician per week. Charting at 10pm has become so common it has its own clinical term: pajama time.
None of this is the staff’s fault. It’s a systems problem. Modern EHR vendors built their software around clinical documentation, not around the surrounding workflows. Modern automation tools (Zapier, Make) aren’t healthcare-aware and break under HIPAA. Enterprise PMS customizations cost six figures and need an in-house IT team. There’s a gap between “too rigid and too expensive” and “too generic and too risky” — and that’s where we sit.
We started ANOXIS because the math finally tipped: AI workflow automation became reliable enough to install in a real medical practice without a team of engineers, and the admin burden finally got bad enough that practices were ready to pay for the fix. Q1 2026 is the right moment to build this company.

Andrew runs the discovery calls, walks your workflows with your team, and architects the automation strategy for your practice. He’s the person you talk to first — and the person you keep talking to.

Omar
Technical implementation and delivery
Omar builds and ships every automation. He works directly with your existing PMS and EHR vendors, owns the integration code, and handles the monitoring and tuning after deployment. There is no “dev team” behind him — he’s the one writing the workflow.

Medical-only.
We don’t spread across verticals because every vertical has its own workflow logic. A dental claim doesn’t look like an orthopedic prior auth. A psychiatry session note doesn’t look like an urgent care encounter. Specialization is the only way to do this well.

We automate our own business the same way.
If we wouldn’t run it ourselves, we wouldn’t sell it. Our internal sales pipeline is fully automated — lead identification, enrichment, qualification, outreach, response tracking. Every workflow we build for clients is one we’ve also built for ourselves.

Integration, not replacement.
We wrap around your existing PMS, EHR, and billing systems. We don’t force you onto our tools. We don’t require you to migrate. We don’t make your staff learn new software. The automation runs in the background and your team keeps working the way they already work.

HIPAA-aware by default.
We don’t bolt HIPAA on at the end. Every workflow is designed with PHI handling in mind from day one. We don’t route patient data through public APIs. We use self-hosted infrastructure where the regulation requires it. The compliance posture is built into the architecture.
